Mr huang, male,Chinese, 50 years old. He suffer from left leg pain and weakness for one week. painful and weakness while lifting left leg, specially going up stairs. so coming to see me.
Examination: feeling weakness and more pain on left hip while lifting left leg; more pressing pain on left SI joint, left leg is longer than right leg.
Diagnosis: left Sacroiliac joint dislocation.
