[VIDEO OF ONE CASE OF LEFT FACE SPASM] Quetiapine may rarely cause a condition known as acute dystonia.
she is taking Quetiapine for many years, she started the left face muscle spasm and her tongue came out, twice a week, lasting several minutes to hours,. but recently it happens too often, almost every day, and last several hours, last night last 4 and a half, and she went to the hospital, but doctors let her see her GP.
Quetiapine may rarely cause a condition known as acute dystonia. Dystonia is the involuntary stiffening or contraction of a muscle. Tell your doctor right away if you develop any unusual/uncontrolled movements (especially of the face, lips, mouth, tongue, arms, or legs).
SUGGESTED SHE GOES TO SEE HER SPECIALIST WHO GIVED THE MEDICINE AND DOES SOMETHING.
