Her colleague recommended me to her, and she want to see me for her knees pain for 2 years. when we talk each other, I know that there is a bad lower legs pain for 2 weeks. she think the lower leg pain due to the knees pain, and worse for 2 weeks. in fact, the lower legs pain is due to another factor.
her knees pain is due to the degeneration, and the lower legs pain is new, they are different problems.
in video, you can know that sensitive in the lower legs, and the achilleas reflex disappear. and when I ask her that she has diabetes for 5 years, and take the anti-diabetes drugs.
so I think her legs pain due to the damage of nerve. her lower leg pain is a complication of the diabetes.
I will do acupuncture for her around 3-6 sessions, then we look at the results.

这个患者是她同事介绍她来的。她是来看她的膝痛的，都二年了。问诊中发现，她小腿痛的厉害，才二周，她认为是膝痛加重了呢，其实，她的膝痛和小腿痛是二回事。

膝痛是退行性关节炎，是一个慢性病。而她的小腿痛是新发的，是另一个问题。

从视频中，我检查发现，她膝一下小腿感觉敏感，针刺痛；双跟腱反射消失。问诊中她有diabetes5-6年。服用降血 糖 药物。

感觉敏感再加上跟腱反射消失，一定想到神经损伤，再结合tangniaobing史，一定想到糖尿病的并发症，神经损伤。

我给她治疗，3-6次，汇报效果！
