It is a matter of fact that lots of new zealanders suffer from skin disorders, such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, skin cancer etc. of course it is a worldwide health issue nowdays, at the same time,we have to acknowledge that the popularity here in NZ is much commonly seen. The reason I write this article is because Chinese herbs medicine has a good treatment result comparing with western medicine, and we are here to provide KIWIs with another opition when facing the skin problems.
Since skin disorder is such a hugh topic to be discussed at once, today we take two common skin disorder as a comparison to help people differentiate eczema and psoriasis.
Eczema Etiology(causes) : It is a heredity disorder which means it runs through the family, it happens due to a hyperactivity reaction to allergens
Risk factors (trigger factors) : peanut, fish, pollen, stress, nervourness, anxiety even environmental irritant, such as temperature, exposure to water and dry skin. .
Age Incidence :Most commonly in infantsby age of three, meanwhile common in female between 15-50.
Skin rashes : Dry type:dry and thick skin due to chronic itching from chronic irritation. Wet type:oozes thin watery fluid
sites: Could happen all over the body.
psoriasis It may be an inherited disorder and probably related to an inflammatory response in which immune system accidentally targets the body’s own cells
Risk factors (trigger factors) : Poor general condition, medication for hypertension, steroids.viral or bacterial infection, obesity, alcohol consumption, stress, cold climate, friction on skin frequently
Age Incidence : Affects any age, commonly begins from ages between 15-35 years old.
Skin rashes: Raised patches of skin, accompanied by red borders, usually covered with silvery scale.

Currently for western medicine, eczema cannot be cured. Therefore, treatment is aimed at reducing or eliminating the symptoms of eczema, most notably the itching that occurs as a result of the condition. By relieving the itching, physicians can also help to prevent infection that can occur as a result of scratching. Most treatments involve creams and lotions geared to keep the skin moist. In some cases, cold compresses or ice packs may be recommended to control severe itching.
If you are tired of the pills, and willing to try other solution, chinese herbs treatment is a way that is worthy trying.
