He have the foot problems for one year

Can not stand on toes with single left foot.

It is not stable while Standing with single left foot

The left heel can’t lift off the floor when walking and can not run with a normal gait.

Left calf little softer No tenderness in both calf sensation is normal in both lower legs

Achilles reflex is same in both sides No muscle smaller in the left lower leg

no injury and accident history

他的脚部问题已经一年了
单左脚不能用脚趾站立。
单左脚站立不稳定
行走时左脚跟不能离开地面，不能以正常步态跑步。
左小腿有点软
两侧小腿均无压痛
双小腿感觉正常
两侧跟腱反射相同
左小腿没有较小的肌肉
无外伤，扭伤病史。

someone suggested he maybe is a achellies problem, so i checked his achilles in the second treatment, blow is the video.

my opinion:

sensation is normal, and the reflex of the Achilles is the same on both sides. no Achilles injury, so I think it is a neuron disease.
