新西兰先驱报的消息，1月7日上午在 Carterton 附近发生一起热气球坠毁事故，热气球上5对夫妇和一名飞行员共11人全部遇难。
另一消息，事故发生在一月三号，一行五人，46岁的南岛农场主BARRY，23岁的儿子SHAUN，BARRY先生的59岁的好友LINDSAY，以及另外两位四十多岁的女性。他们一同乘座一艘双体船出海钓鱼。遇巨浪袭击，船舱进水，并迅速沉没在14度的冰冷白岛外海中。BARRY和另外两位女性，最终获救。但SHAUN和LINDSAY最终遇难。
新西兰中文网消息，圣诞节当天，一朋友亲眼目睹此事，大概是下午5点左右，当时他在海里，上岸时朋友告诉他有个人淹水，刚被拖上来，几个kiwi直接把四驱车开过去了，他也过去看要不要帮忙。窒息者是个中国的大叔，脸色煞白。kiwi正拼命的轮流给他做心肺复苏，他的妻女在一边焦急的哭泣。
这些都是很不幸的灾难。一个人看着很顽强，不知不觉活了几十年，但有时我们人类也很脆弱，一口水，一口烟，一块石，就要了人的命。对于天灾人祸，我们每个人都无能为力，如地震、洪水、空难、海难，但对于我们个体能防范的意外，还是要时刻提醒自己，安全第一。
在家里，注意煤气、电、水等安全。每天睡觉前，看看煮饭的炉子是否还在燃烧，使用的电炉子、电烤灯是否关闭，以防煤气泄漏，失火。家中有小孩子，要严加看管小孩玩水，洗澡间和厕所时刻关锁，曾发生小孩在水桶淹死的事情。有小孩的家庭，院子的围栏时刻修理，大门时刻关锁。在家中倒车、开车出门，一定知道小孩子不在院子里，或小孩子有人看管。煤气罐请不要放在房子里，放到室外的储藏间。小孩子玩滑板、骑自行车、滑车，一定带安全帽，并有家人看护。
出行开车注意安全。每年都有很多人丧命于车祸，有的车祸是可以避免的，一些侥幸心理，总认为车祸不可能发生在自己身上。每年的车检一定要严格，有问题的车一定不开。喝酒不开车，开车不喝酒。开车自己系好安全带，还要提醒乘车人系好，特别要提醒大陆来的朋友。宁愿做事、上班迟到，也不要超速。长途开车一个小时，应下车休息，或换人驾驶。不坐没有全驾照人得车，没有全驾照也不要带人。没有开过的特殊路段，如山路、雪路，一定不要尝试。
水如猛虎。家里的游泳池严防儿童单独玩水，管理好周围护栏，以防小儿误入。儿童在公共游泳池玩耍，要有大人看管。不会游泳坚决不下海，就是海边浅水处也不例外。海边钓鱼要穿救生衣，出海钓鱼，或游玩要准备好一切救生设备，尽量不出海钓鱼，更不要盲目乘朋友小船或小游艇出海。
不参与有危险因素的活动。不会游泳就不要下水，不会滑雪就不要逞能，没有爬高山的经历，就不要去尝试，不要从高处跳水。外出旅游，不要做自己感到危险的活动，如滑水、蹦极、潜水等。如果你是一个冒险者、探险家，也请三思。
人总有一死，但不要死在意外中。也许一个小小的失误，一次侥幸，一次粗心，一次冒险将断送个人的美好前程，也将连累整个家庭，甚至社会。当饮酒开车时，想想亲人的笑脸，一定会放弃自己驾车；当出海钓鱼，分享喜悦和刺激的时候，想到亲人朋友的担心，一定会做好防备措施。当外出旅游，享受不同的美景和冒险刺激的活动，想到家里亲人盼望你平安归来，一定会做事谨慎。

A patient who has pain and swelling on left ankle for two yrs come to see me yesterday. she is 75 yrs old, except swelling and pain on left ankle, she also has insomia, dry on mouth and throat, distending pain on chest. Examination : swelling , tenderness on left ankle, dark red clour on left ankle and back of foot. Thin pulse, yellow coating, dark and red tougue. So give herbs to look the result. Herbs: chaihu 10g, zhijiao 10g, shengjiang10g, dazao10g, gancao10g, honghua10g, taoren10g, chishao10g, shengdi10g, danggui10g, chuanxionf10g, niuxi10g, jigeng10g, ect.

had a frequent urination at night,he wake up about 5–6times go to toilet.feeling very well after acupuncture one session,last night only wake up one time at 4 o’ clock,keeping acupuncture.

acupuncture-for-laiShoulder pain is a common problem right now, it is only symptom, Shoulder pain involves any pain in or around the shoulder joint. The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the human body. The rotator cuff in the shoulder is made up of four tendons. These tendons give the shoulder a wide range of motion. the tendons pass underneath a rigid bony arch in the shoulder. The most common cause of shoulder pain is when the tendons become trapped under this arch. The compressed tendons become inflamed or damaged.

Shoulder pain can also be due to: Arthritis in the joints around the shoulder, Bursitis (inflammation of a fluid-filled sac, or bursa, that lies between tendon and skin or between tendon and bone). Normally a bursa protects the joint and helps make movement more fluid. Fractures of the shoulder bones. Frozen shoulder syndrome occurs when the muscles, tendons, and ligaments stiffen up inside the shoulder and make any motion painful and difficult. Inflammation of nearby tendons, such as those connected to the bicep muscles of your arms, from overuse or injury. Dislocation of your shoulder, which is when the ball-shaped head of your arm comes out of the socket.

In Chinese medicine the shoulder is belong to “Bi syndrome” it is due to be invaded by bad wind, cold and damp, or stagnation of Qi and Blood of body,or weakness of Liver and Kidney function of Chinese medicine, or weakness in Qi and Blood of Chinese medicine.

For slight pain on shoulder, I choose distal point on hand ,for example, zhongzhu, acupuncture on zhongzhu, patient feels tension and numb on point, then let patient move shoulder about ten minutes. more patients will feel much better, the shoulder pain is gone immediately after 3—5 session treatments.

For sereve shoulder pain, and without limited movement of shoulder, firstly I will choose distal points, let patient move shoulder, then choose local points on shoulder, for example jianyu, jianjing,and tianzhong. Finally Also doing treatment massage for these patients.

For severe shoulder pain with limited movement of shoulder, firstly I do acupuncture and treatment massage ,then doing cupping is necessary.
