I have a part-time job in a shopping mall working as a masseur to practice the massage that i have learnt from school and the clinic.

When i was training of massaging,a problem will always make me worried so much, once i can do it,can i get enough clients for living if i decide to do it as a job. How the things happens really slaps me on my face,because you do not need to worry about that. There are heaps of people needing it. The reason is they do not realize how precious their health are unless they feel something going wrong with their body. As i mentioned before: prevention is the best way than any others to eliminate the disease. Before you continue reading, stop and think about it.

I am trying to convincing you not come to do massage,it is true that it does help if you really want regard it a way to maintain your body in a good condition,neither did i say relying on it. You may not find once you become depending on one thing, you are gonna miss so much as long as you can not find it out. Life is fickle,the only thing we can keep in our hands is adjusting yourself and catching up.

Life speed here is running much slower than that of Chinese people,but still people want keep themselves busy like driving for a trip,go for a picnic or other things. Because life is boring if you do not search for fun here.in the end,people do not get time to relax their bodied instead of keep them in a tight condition,gradually they will feel fatigue,low energy or sore on somewhere you body begin to respond to the things you have done.

Taking control of your body,there are things you can do to make it healthy such as shutting down the TV set or PC,dressing up and go for a jogging,participating in community with other family,giving up things that causes you troubles like overworking, smoking,drugs…

So living healthily before it is late,we all should get our ass moved from now.

What is the sublimate option that we human have been pursuing in getting rid of disease? Well, in my understanding,it is supposed to be like never happened in one’s entire life, i assume that you hold the same opinion. They do not rely on substances from outsides, on the contrast,they put human itself as the main weapon to fight against diseases. All the treatment method we use is to help adjust and stimulate the potential within human to step out of disease. We have to admit it does not have enough accuracy as much as western medicine does,it does not have specificity comparing with western medication,which are more microscopic. On the other hand,it can explain and guide the treatment that could be done by western medicine.

Give you a simply case, urticaria,which easily occurs due to its dampness weather here,is seen in some naked parts of body such as forearm,face, neck areas.
