it is very busy today,more acc patient come to see me.

ms tao feels very well,she has a mid back pain from last week, she only has little pain on back after 4 sessions acupuncture,she is working.i suggested her to do more acupuncture for her back,because she had a some  back pain last year,and she is a haredresser,she need standy to do her job.

mr tong has low back pain for two weeks,he feels very well after 4 sessions acupuncture.

i met a patient ,mr cheang,81 yrs old,who has low back pain,his doctor thinks his low back pain due to muscle strained,i did exam and found that he get neurologia on right low back.so i gave him to do acupuncture and cupping.he come back to have acupuncture today,he feels very well,no more pain on low back.

A case of shoulders pain, arms numbness and headache was treated by acupuncture

Ms Parker 35 yrs old, she has shoulders pain for several months. The shoulders pain on right side is worse than on left side. she went to see her doctor who suggested her to take anti-inflammation pills, but still pain on shoulder. Gradually she feels numbness on both arms, specially when she wake up  in the morning . she went see specialist who thinks that she suffered from bursitis 滑囊炎,so suggested her to do operation for shoulders pain. She did want to do operation, so come to see me to try acupuncture. apart from shoulders pain ,she feels throat dry, fatigue, bad sleeping, headache and low energy.

I gave her examination, found that pressing pain and muscle spasm around right shoulder blade and on shoulder blade 肩胛骨, specially the muscle on shoulder blade. So I think that her symptom, such as shoulder pain, arm numbness due to muscle spasm on shoulder blade and throat dry, fatigue, low energy, bad sleeping, headache due to the muscle spasm around shoulder blade. So lose the muscle spasm on up back and shoulder, then the symptom will be gone. The bursitis which specialist gave her may an    incorrect diagnosis诊断

She felt much better after two sessions, sleeping is good, no headache, pain on shoulders relieving lots. She felt very well, after six sessions, no throat dry, no fatigue, more energy , no numbness on both arms, little pain on shoulder, and more pain on shoulder after hard exercise or heavy lifting . she felt very well, after 14 sessions acupuncture, no numbness on arms, no headache, no fatigue, more energy, sleeping very well, only little bite pain on right shoulder after hard exercise.

We can know in the clinic that some patients feel tired, fatigue, low energy, headache, bad sleeping, arm numbness, shoulder pain, the reason is the muscle spasm around shoulder blade and on shoulder blade. It is good effect  to be treated by acupuncture for these patients.

i  am very busy in morning today,i am treating my patients from 9am to 1pm.

mr cao suffer from headache who been my clinic to have a consultant yesterday  and had not treatment.he is first patient today,i will do acuuncture for him,and he will take herbs at home. his case was recorded fully in 11/04/2011.see the result tomorrow.

mr paula,european 欧洲裔65 yrs old,get right pain for three months after injured.worsed by long standing or long walking.exam:swelling around right knee,pressing pain on top of right knee. she has 5 sessins acupuncture,she feels good, pain and swelling  relieving .suggesting her to keep acupuncture and have a good rest.no exercise such as walking and running.

ms ma,chinese,40 yrs old,get low back pain for 4 yrs.

case 1 headache

it is monday today,a headache case who was recommended to me by his friend ,has a right side headache for 3 months.he is 30 years old, doing computer for many years. this changes on daily basis,sometime very strong, sometime very weak.strong  headache usually happen on his  right side,the headache feel like nerve servering  or needle puncturing through the skin, this happen several times every day, and last a half  to 4 hours,  strong headache  will happen once a day, he feels nause and vomiting when he has a strong  headache,and he will feel confortable when strong headache happen,if he close his eyes . it  happen at daytome, no headache at night. he had had headache for 3 months in 2005, and had had headache for 4 months in 2009.  this headache is the same as the headache had in 2005 and 2009.

exam: pressing pain on right  fengchi point, it is hyperesthesia  感觉过敏 on ritht back of head.

impression: chinese medicine  headache (wind cold)

western medicine migraine 偏头痛

chinese medicine treatment: herbs medicine(小柴胡汤加茱萸汤）

case 2 dizziness

mr shen 72 yrs old, he has dizziness for 10 months. feels heavy on top of head, little headache ,no balance on walking 平衡 during dizziness,such as beening drunk. no nausea, no vomiting.diet,sleepping ,urine and bowel is normal.

dizziness 3-4 hours every day,no dizziness at night.

herbs medicine (半夏天麻白术汤）加活血四物汤。
