Acupuncture for my restless legs syndrome

I am in my eighty-seventh year and at last found relief for my reatless hot feet.

I have had trouble with my legs for many years especially at nights when my feet never stopped moving, and it was difficult to sleep.  the complaint gradually got worse over the years and it was a continual throb during the days as well. medication did not help.

Two weeks ago my neighbour Lee told me about the Dr Win Clinic in Newmarket.

I made an appointment with Dr Huang who suggested acupuncture. that night after the first appointment the throbbing was worse than ever But the next morning the relief was wonderful as both legs were free of that continual throb. I have since had two more treatments and continue to get relief.

my experience of chinese medicine treatment for my bulimia

I’ve been trapped by an awful psychological illness for almost 6 years now. 6 very long years full of pain, irritation and self-destruction. Seeking help from Chinese medicine never really occurred to me, until one day while reading the Chinese newspaper I came across an article on Dr. Win Huang. It outlined his experience in neurological science and his skill in treating psychological issues through acupuncture. I was officially diagnosed as bulimic in 2007. What started out as a rare thing to happen once a couple of month’s deteriorated to the point where I was doing it almost every day. With all this torture I was putting my body through; it was no surprise I was feeling very out of place, emotionally, physically with others in life, and physically within my own body. I wasn’t sleeping well, had constant headaches and dizziness and fatigue, not to mention the pale look I always had on my face.

I felt I had no hope, but I didn’t want to give up just yet- so I decided to go see Dr. Win and ask for his help.

I reluctantly told him of my whole experience including my physical symptoms and emotions too. He spent a good hour talking to me, part of his strategy in planning my cure.

I have now been seeing him for 2 weeks, and it is just absolutely amazing what his practice has done for me. With the combination of acupuncture, cupping, ear acupuncture, Chinese medicinal herbal drinking medicine, and meaningful talks with him, I have only been bulimic once since seeing him.

However, it is not just that, but also I am able to sleep so much better despite the occasional headache and fatigue. I regularly feel happier and just more at ease with my health and body.

I know I am still not entirely better yet; that  I’m still not fully “normal”, but I know that with ongoing persistence and belief in Dr. Win Huang, I can fully recover.

Dr. Win Huang has truly shown me the astonishing and remarkable effects of Chinese medicine. He understands my illness and sees it as being similar to any other addiction, just like drug addiction, alcohol addiction and smoking. Through the same principles as these addictions, he has miraculously turned my life around for the better. I will be continuing to see him until I am fully better.

Menopause is a transitional period marking the cessation of ovulation in a woman’s body. Most women stop menstruating between the ages of 48 and 52, but symptoms can begin as early as 35. Symptoms vary from mild to severe, and are brought on as our bodies try to adapt to decreasing amounts of estrogen. Symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, fatigue, mood swings, memory loss, vaginal dryness, headaches, joint pain, and weight gain.

Mrs Gyan 53 yrs old, suffer from menopause for 5 yrs. at early stage she has a bad sleeping, wake up many times at night, so feeling headache, dizziness, tired in daytime, in this two yrs she feels worse about her menopause, still bad sleeping, but she has the new symptoms, such as hot flashes, night and day sweats, fatigue, nervous, irritability. She takes some mediation for her menopause, but no big effect, so she look for Chinese medicine to help her, she find me from my website www.drwin.co.nz I give her a Chinese medicine diagnosis depending on her symptom, pulse, tongue coating, then choose acupuncture and herbs.

She feels very well after a session treatment, she told me that it was a first night to have a deep sleeping in these yrs. She had not hot flashes after second session treatment, no sweating after third session treatment, but still feels little tired in daytime, and irritability. Suggesting her to keep treatment.
